Offered year-round, our free helpline provides essential support for those affected by the incarceration of a loved one. Through attentive , respectful , and non-judgmental listening , we welcome individuals into their reality, often marked by distress, isolation, or feelings of helplessness.

We also respond to requests from professionals (social work, education, health, justice, etc.) who wish to obtain advice related to the incarceration of a loved one, or to refer individuals or families to us so that they can benefit from our specialized support and services.
